Hills to Hearts Seniors serves as a day center that functions through a multi-faceted location for the self-sufficient seniors of Gwinnett County.

Through the center, it intends to make the life of caregivers easier with support in day-to-day routines.

When they’re off to work, running errands, or simply getting some well-needed rest, they can trust that their loved one is being well taken care of. The cost of living continues to rise, and our seniors are not going unaffected. We serve as a new option for senior care compared to the price-gouging senior communities, long-term senior facilities, and hiring in-person care while meeting the family and assigned guardians in the middle.

Our Founder

Tatiana Hill founded Hills to Hearts Seniors in 2023. She has 17 years of healthcare experience including her CNA training, EMT certification, instructor at Clayton State University allied health department, and training as a medical assistant as well as a Patient care technician. Tatiana has a deep love for the senior community and believes all seniors should be treated with the utmost love and respect. Serving as a live-in caregiver for her Great-Grandmother who was diagnosed with dementia, she understands the hurt and vulnerability felt once senior care needs reach levels beyond the at-home caregiver’s capability. Between her personal experience and years in the healthcare industry, she knows that with a great team, they can provide families with a sense of peace.

In remembrance of Betty Epps (Betty Mama) & Valarie Britt (Granny)

“We love on and care for those in need just as Valarie raised us to do.

The beauty of Hills to Hearts Seniors is that it will continue to evolve to meet the needs of the elder community as the world evolve from what was once known. Our goal is to make elders and the loved ones caring for them feel right for the right now. “

Our History

After driving by my Great Grandmother’s home early on a Saturday morning I discovered an empty garage and a missing-in-action Betty Mama. Prayer was all that kept my family sane as they searched for her.

She was found safe three hours later and shortly after, diagnosed with dementia. Not wanting to place Betty Mama in a nursing home, We learned there were little to no resources for an elder in good health but needing supervision while their caregivers handled their own day-to-day responsibilities.

At that moment Betty’s small village had to provide the care she needed and that’s exactly what they did. Telling my story and relating with those who are currently in the shoes I once filled makes all the difference. Hills to Hearts Seniors Center understands this unique need and is here to sincerely help because of it!
